
The Monegasque Association for research on Alzheimer’s disease (AMPA) is a non-profit organisation chaired by Catherine Pastor and vice-president Prof. Alain Pesce, head of the Department of Geriatrics at the Princess Grâce Hospital in Monaco.
AMPA’s mission is to support research on Alzheimer’s disease, to sustain local initiatives for people with dementia and their caregivers, to raise awareness and disseminate information and expertise. Since 2008, AMPA also promotes international exchanges between scientists in order to increase knowledge and encourage innovative research.
